Holistrat was born to fill this gap and to offer an adapted pricing service, as well as a post recommendation follow-up. Indeed, pricing is a complex discipline with a strong impact on your business, so it is essential to surround yourself with experts.
I created Holistrat to accompany you throughout your pricing strategy in a spirit of collaboration, excellence and audacity!
With a scientific baccalaureate, I made a first career as a salesman in companies of various sectors, but also of different sizes, I was confronted with the problems of the real field.
I completed this first career in 2015 via an MBA in international trade, before reorienting myself towards the analysis professions, particularly in Pricing. I was able to put my skills at the service of big names in the industry such as Lexmark, Dassault Systèmes, John Deere, ZF Aftermarket and Karl Storz.
Having an appetite for entrepreneurship and strategy, I confirmed this background in 2021 with a training in Business Strategy and Financial Performance (INSEAD) before founding HOLISTRAT.
Very collaborative (because I like to federate knowledge), pedagogue and listening, I maintain values such as solidarity, ethics, loyalty. I am also attached to subjects such as health, sustainable development, social and solidarity economy and others that you will discover in my contact. I aspire to participate in the evolution of these causes.
Pricing is one of my passions, it mixes the different aspects of my career: figures, relationship, business development, profitability management and strategy. Being independent allows me to expand my knowledge daily, solve complex problems and meet new challenges. The human aspect of my job allows me to interact with people from different backgrounds, to share knowledge and to help entrepreneurs to achieve their goals.
STRAT as in strategic, because pricing is a complex, multidimensional environment, both externally (the market) and internally (the various departments of your company).
HOLI as holistic, because I consider each element or phenomenon as part of a set of interrelated phenomena. A holistic vision makes it possible to resituate a problem in a larger context in order to take a look at the different factors that may have influenced or led to the situation.
